The IBA Technical Center was authorized as Warranty Service Provider for the following IBM products: POWER System / IBM i / AIX/ Linux, and System Storage.

In the post-warranty period, IBA (Information Business Architectures), a development center of IBA Group, offers technical support of IBM products based on IBM Global Technology Services, including infrastructure services, remote system maintenance, and technical assistance.
